E006 – Ozone Cell Contamination Problem

The ozone cell exhibits abnormal power consumption due to poor gas quality, ozone cell contamination, or electronic issues. Continuing to operate the ozone generator may cause damage requiring repair that is not covered under warranty. If you are 100% confident that gas quality is as recommended, that there is no ozone cell contamination, or that there is no electrical damage, you may proceed to push the reset button to continue operation.

Troubleshooting Guide

  • Check the Power Outlet: Ensure the generator is connected to a power outlet that matches the voltage requirements specified in the user manual.
  • Test the Outlet: Use a voltage tester or multimeter to confirm that the outlet delivers the correct voltage.
  • Examine the Power Cord: Look for any signs of damage, such as fraying, cuts, or kinks on the power cord. Replace the cord if any damage is detected.
  • Check the Plug: Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the outlet and is not loose.
