E004 – Low Gas Pressure

Please make sure that the correct operating gas pressure is supplied to the generator, and it will be able to produce ozone automatically.

• Inspect the Oxygen Line: Inspect the oxygen line feeding into the ozone generator. Check the entire length of the line and connection for any signs of damage or leak that might impede oxygen flow.
• Check Flow Adjustments: Verify that flow adjustments are made only on the ozone line after the generator. After adjusting the flow meters correctly, the ozone generator’s pressure will normalize, and you can start producing ozone.
