E003 – High Gas Pressure

Please immediately power off the ozone generator, shutdown the oxygen gas supply line, adjust pressure regulator to specified operating pressure, re-establish correct gas flow and restart power to ozone generator

• Immediately power off the ozone generator.
  This will prevent potential damage to the equipment and ensure system safety.
• Shut down the oxygen gas supply line.
  Make sure the gas flow is completely stopped to avoid further pressure buildup.
• Adjust the pressure regulator to the specified operating pressure.
  • Refer to the ozone generator specifications to determine the allowed pressure range.
  • Adjust the regulator slowly and carefully to avoid pressure spikes.
• Re-establish the correct gas flow.
  • Ensure the gas flow is within the range recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Use a calibrated flow meter to confirm the adjustment.
• Restart the ozone generator.
  Once the pressure and gas flow are verified as correct, turn the ozone generator back on.
