E002 – Low Voltage

The generator is connected to an incorrect voltage, please immediately disconnect the generator from power and do not power it up unless the specified voltage is applied

• Check the Power Outlet: Ensure the generator is connected to a power outlet that matches the voltage requirements specified in the user manual.
• Test the Outlet: Use a voltage tester or multimeter to confirm that the outlet delivers the correct voltage.
• Examine the Power Cord: Look for any signs of damage, such as fraying, cuts, or kinks on the power cord. Replace the cord if any damage is detected.
• Check the Plug: Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the outlet and is not loose.
