E005 – Ozone Cell Temperature is Too High

The ozone cell temperature is too high; power has been reduced to facilitate cooling and enhance ozone production. If, after multiple power reductions, the cell remains overheated and unable to produce ozone, the generator will automatically shut down.

Increased temperatures are known to negatively affect ozone production. However, to overcome this issue, our system has been designed to automatically reduce the generator power when the temperature is high. This adjustment helps improve ozone production efficiency and cool down the temperature. It is important to note that ozone production will automatically stop if the cell fails to cool down after several power reductions.

Troubleshooting Guide

  • Check the ambient temperature: Ensure that the ambient temperature in the installation room is below 25 °C and that there is good, unrestricted cooling airflow through the ozone generator (not obstructed on either side of the cooling grills).
  • Check the fans: Please ensure the cooling fan is working correctly.
