Our Pacific Ozone unit failed on us and they didn't seem too interested in helpng us with any kind of urgency. We have been using Absolute Ozone Generators in our indoor aquaculture facility for several years.  The Altas units are very robust and reliable, I would highly recommend their equipment if you are looking for a powerful ozone generator that is made to last, the build quality is excellent. We have bought several industrial ozone machines, Atlas 30. Mainly we imported the unit to Korea but this time I had to ask for delivery to third party where our project is going on urgently. My English is not perfect so sometimes I couldn’t express what I need to know or even what I am asking for.

However Absolute indeed gave me the best option and solution exactly what I want even though it is not common, very strange and rare situation. I definitely realized at this time, as they always used to answer for my inquiry immediately, they are ready, very well experienced and trained, counteracting for any issues.
